Dr. Fu Qiang is the former director of Orthopedics Center of Foshan Hospital of TCM and a professor of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He has been engaged in clinical care, scientific research and teaching of orthopedics for more than 40 years, with sound medical theories and proficient orthopedic techniques. His research direction includes trauma and orthopedic surgery. He specializes in treating orthopedic diseases by integrating Chinese and western medical theories, surgery, bone setting manipulation, and Tuina massage.

Clinical treatment: Fractures and ligament injuries, limb deformity, broken limbs (digits), osteoarthritis, cervical spondylosis, impingement syndrome, lower back and leg pain, as well as spine and organ associated diseases.

He has published over 20 papers in national journals and took part in 4 national or provincial research projects. And he gained the China Association of Chinese Medicine Second Prize for Science and Technology, Guangdong Third Prize for Progress in Chinese Medicine Technology, Foshan Second Prize for Science and Technology once, Foshan Third Prize for Science and Technology twice and Foshan Second Prize for Achievement in Medical and Health Science and Technology once.
