The clinical laboratory sets up a 24-hour emergency green channel to provide express test service (report turn-around time within 15-60minutes) and instant report services to meet the needs of urgent patients. We take extreme precautions to protect the lab data and patient's privacy, as strictly required by the JCI standards.

Critical Value

Clinical laboratory adopts a 'critical value' reporting system. Once a 'critical value' is found, the attending doctor and the on duty resident doctor will be noticed by phone immediately to provide necessary medical intervention to the patient and give most timely medical rescue to patients.

Strict Quality Requirement

According to the international JCI laboratory management requirements, first-class equipment and rigorous process, fully guarantee the quality of inspection. The clinical laboratory has participated in the inspection room quality control of Ministry of Health and Guangdong province, it also use the internationally accredited control materials in everyday's internal quality control, to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of the monitoring during the analysis process. 

LIS Connected with HIS

The clinical laboratory has implemented a digital laboratory information system (LIS) which is connected with hospital information system (HIS) seamlessly to ensure timely transmission and real-time access to laboratory data.

Early Tumor Index Detection

The clinical laboratory introduced international and domestic research and development equipment, and has various tumor screening and auxiliary diagnosis projects that accredited by FDA, which can provide the laboratory basis for the early detection and diagnosis of tumor.
